Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Honours I), APD, SNDA

Hello. I am a dietitian and nutritionist graduating from the University of Newcastle. I have completed additional training in the areas of fertility, pregnancy, diabetes, intuitive eating, and paediatrics. I started my career in an acute care hospital in Singapore where I spent a lot of my time managing end-stage disease.

This motivated me to support clients through preventative nutrition and chronic disease management. I know that our diets are perhaps one of the greatest indicators towards our long-term health. I hope to translate the research into a sustainable, culturally-appropriate, and enjoyable nutrition plan for my clients.

Besides a strong research foundation (did you know most guidelines are 17 years out of date?), I use a whole foods and body-inclusive approach. With plenty of experience in the area of disordered eating, my approach will support your healthy relationship with food.
