About Annabelle
Annabelle Dietitian was founded to translate research into evidence-based nutritional advice that takes into consideration the nuance of culture, lifestyle, and relationship with food. I specialise in chronic disease management, diabetes, pregnancy, gestational diabetes, fertility, general paediatrics, and weight management. My practice is rooted in a wholefoods approach and is “anti-diet” and weight-inclusive.
Hey there
I love food — in fact, “food” was my very first word.
After graduating from the University of Newcastle with a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics, I spent six years working in an acute care hospital in Singapore. During that time, I supported patients across a wide range of areas, including diabetes, cardiology, weight management, malnutrition, paediatrics, and food service.
My strong clinical background has given me a deep appreciation for the long-term impact of our dietary choices. But I also understand how difficult it can be to make meaningful changes. There’s no shortage of nutrition misinformation out there, and much of the advice overlooks cultural nuances, individual health needs, and the reality of busy lives.
It brings me great joy to help my clients make sustainable changes — to demystify nutrition while balancing their health goals with their love for food.
I can’t wait to be part of your journey!

My philosophy
My practice is deeply rooted in my food philosophy.
I believe food is so much more than just sustenance — especially here in Singapore, where it’s woven into our culture and social lives.
With the pervasive nature of diet culture, I understand how difficult it can be to build — and maintain — a healthy relationship with food.
That’s why my practice is weight-inclusive and informed by intuitive eating principles. We’ll take the time to explore your relationship with food so that we can approach your nutrition with the care and sensitivity it deserves. And unless you want to talk about weight, we won’t — because weight alone is not a true measure of health.
