Description

Join Annabelle, dietitian, and Dr Mohana, paediatrician, on 26th October 2024 at 3-5PM for our online weaning workshop. Registration includes a printable allergen tracker and first 100 foods list.

Starting solids is a significant milestone. Doing it right can impact your child’s:

• Long-term health
• Eating habits
• Risk of developing allergies
• Brain development

The process of starting solids tends to creep up on parents. So much emphasis is placed on birth preparation and birth classes, and then just as the newborn fog starts to clear, you’re plunged right into the deep end!

Did we mention all the conflicting information?

Start at 4-months-old or 6-months-old?
When should you introduce allergens?
Baby-led weaning or purées?
Rice cereal: yay or nay?

In our two-hour weaning workshop, we will cover everything you need to know. This is one of the only workshops in the world that is led by both a dietitian AND a paediatrician specialising in childhood allergies.

There is so much noise around weaning provided by individuals without the appropriate training or credentials. We’re here to provide evidence-based advice. There will also be time for us to discuss any questions you might have.

We can’t wait to support you through this important stage. Let us help you reduce your mental load while giving your child their best start to life.

The weaning workshop will be run as a live webinar. Feel free to get grandparents, nannies, and whoever helps care for baby to watch along!

Participants will also be sent a free printable allergen tracker and first 100 foods list.
